A 25 year odyssey
I’m very proud to have finally finished my debut feature film, ‘a fish story’. Finally, because it has been a journey of joy, tears, pain, and elation undertaken with life-long best friend Sam Roberts, who began writing the script in 1987 after the death of his father.
Sam and I dreamed for years and years and re-wrote continuously as marriage, children, work and life continued to get in the way. I am grateful beyond words that Sam had the faith and trust in my bringing an ages-long vision to the screen.
Starring Eddie McClintock [Warehouse 13], Jayne Heitmeyer [Earth: Final Conflict] and Patrick Collins [NYPD Blue], ‘a fish story’ tells the tale of a family torn apart by tragedy, where redemption comes with the simple act of letting go.
